Safety Management

SK magic responds to SHE-related accidents based on detailed manuals and emergency response systems.

Safety and Health Objectives and Campaigns

SK magic has established an objective of ‘Zero Accident’ and has implemented continuous training and campaigns based on ‘SHE Golden Rule’, which is an essential safety rule in the workplace. We plan to strengthen training and campaigns to help members and partner employees understand and comply easily and without objection.

Establishment of Site-Based Safety Management Culture

SK magic has provided safety protective gear to drivers, and made it obligatory to wear seat belts and helmets when driving. By providing safety training, we are enhancing the safety awareness of our members as we also provide training on job stress and prevention of musculoskeletal

Disaster and Accident Prevention Activities

SK magic created and posted ‘SHE Golden Rule’ and ‘Safety Board’ at the entrance of each business site to protect the safety of outsiders. We also prevent safety accidents by making sure that safety training is conducted and safety protective gear is worn before entering and leaving the building. We plan to install monitoring rooms in our Hwaseong plant to monitor the time and place with high risks of accidents.

Environment Management

SK magic observes enhanced operational rules and procedures to prevent environmental pollution.

Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions

In order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, SK magic continues to reduce power usage at its workplace. We are replacing old/new lights with LED lights and introducing the power SCADA system to remove power waste and improve overall energy efficiency.

Wastewater Treatment

SK magic treats wastewater less than 10% of the legal discharge allowance standard. We plan to continuously reduce the amount of wastewater generated by improving and managing processes that generate large mounts of wastewater, such as inspections/experiments.
